Discovery call

We start with a Discovery call to make sure we both know what the problem is, what the end goal looks like, who your target audience is, and the scope of the project. This is where we figure out if I'm the right solution for your project (we also figure out the budget! No unwanted surprises).
Once we've figured all that out, we proceed with market research and competitive analysis, to make sure I know how to make you stand out in the right way!

Design strategy

Once we've figured out our goals and priorities, I present several directions we can take, in the form of moodboards, wireframes, and sitemaps. When we're satisfied and flesh out what we want, we finally proceed to designing.

We start with user research to journey mapping to finally designing your vision into something that brings the best out of your business.
